Your own avatar, bottled. This is an ingredient named with your username, not a shop item. Two methods are written down. The goblin steps say drink a Fairy plus Charmeleon Shrink Ray while standing on a drained cauldron. The recipe page says three Fairies, or the same Shrink Ray, drunk after you jump into the basin.

How do you use You?
Hand one to the fat goblin and to the collector in the boxing-glove cave. Other recipes such as Onett and Firebee also name it.
